Thermal imaging is an excellent way of revealing what is not always visible to the naked eye. It enables us to detect any possible moisture, temperature differences, and areas in the home where there is a lack of insulation. Thermal imaging is always included free of charge as part of your report if you book an inspection with us.

A sewer scope is strongly suggested as a component of your home inspection. It provides us with a good indication of the condition and integrity of your sewer pipe system. We search for tree root intrusion, damaged or loose pipes, and blockages that can lead to problems in the future. Although an add-on service, the minimal fee provides you with peace of mind so that you do not have to face a tremendous surprise expense.
